Min says united privatization of Russia’s Transneft, NCSP possible

ROME, Nov 8 (PRIME) -- Privatization of a 20% stake in Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port (NCSP) and a stake in oil pipeline monopoly Transneft, which owns 35.5% in NCSP, may be united, Economic Development Minister Alexei Ulyukayev told reporters on Tuesday.

“Yes, it is possible, why not?” he said.

If sales of the stakes are united, they may be sold to a strategic investor, he said, adding that the government is yet to choose an investment advisor on the deal.
